Although I think that rules are rules, I do get their point about them getting the confirmations months ago and they’ve made travel arrangements. I would say different it we only just accepted them.
I think in this occasion we have to let them come.
But, how can we avoid this in the future? We don't know who’s who and what companies are linked? Registration takes a lot of time and logistics anyway!

Hi all
the meeting tool only opened on Friday. Hence, they already knew at that time that attendance of 6 of them was disputed.
Maybe a compromise is to let them come, but don't only allow 4 of them for the 1-1.
Does that make sense? What do you think?

the meeting tool only opened on Friday. Hence, they already knew at that time that attendance of 6 of them was disputed.
Maybe a compromise is to let them come, but don't only allow 4 of them for the 1-1.

account the specific context and role of each attendee. I hope this

Im sad to receive such email that I disagree as I did participate last 2
years in Vienna and Bucharest, and it was very interesting. Despite my
official title of Sales VP Im an engineer and have an active role in the
company in terms of peering decisions and new routes.
I also see in the attendees list always a few sales directors, CEO, Managing
director, Business development, etc that I remember to see while looking to
the attendees so not clear at all why I have been declined this year while I
was accept in the last 2 years.
Please reconsider as I do want to participate.
