Hello Isabel, Thank you for your message and for sharing some background on your new role. We certainly understand your interest in attending EPF and appreciate the importance of building relationships within the peering community. Unfortunately, the maximum number of participants for your organisation has already been reached, and we are not able to increase the allocation or make an exception. You may, however, wish to discuss this with the other registered participants from your company. If one of them is willing to give up their place, we would be happy to transfer the registration to you instead. We hope you understand and look forward to welcoming your colleagues to EPF 2026. However, I would like to kindly ask whether there might be any possibility for me to attend. I have recently taken on the role of Interconnection Manager, and I am extremely interested in participating in this event. I consider it a unique opportunity to establish meaningful connections within the peering community and to start building the strong industry relationships that are such an important part of my new role. I completely understand the participation limits, but if there is any flexibility, I would be very grateful if you could consider my request. Thank you for your time and consideration. Dear Wojciech, Thank you for your message and for explaining the reasons behind your request. We certainly appreciate Salumanus' contribution to this year's EPF programme and understand that you would like to support Marcin and take part in the discussions with the industry. For EPF, however, we have adjusted the participation rules and are applying them consistently. While we appreciate your involvement and your previous participation in EPF, we are unfortunately not able to make an exception in this case. We kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance of the updated rules for EPF 2026. We very much appreciate Salumanus' support and contribution to the event and look forward to welcoming Marcin as a speaker. Hi Julia the programme is at https://2026.peering-forum.eu/epf-2026/schedule/. There you find also all the information. IMO, it would be the easiest to link to it. This would also give the PC the flexibility to rearrange presentations if needed which is in line of orga's wish that PC is responsible for the presentations. We will chase those speakers who didn't yet provide a photo. Thoughts? Hello Irina, Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, we are not a travel agency and therefore cannot arrange or book accommodation for EPF participants. All participants are responsible for making their own hotel bookings. Since the hotel we recommended is already fully booked, we kindly ask you to use the usual hotel booking platforms to look for suitable accommodation. Google Maps can also be very helpful for finding hotels close to the conference venue. You can then check availability and breakfast options directly with the respective hotel or booking platform. We hope you will find a suitable place nearby and look forward to welcoming you to the EPF conference!
