Dear Carolin, Thank you for your clarification. I fully understand that you cannot discuss or compare individual registration decisions, and that is not what I am asking you to do. My question is about the general criteria and principles used to determine eligibility, rather than about the registration of any particular individual. In your previous message, you mentioned that participation criteria are applied consistently, while also taking into account the specific context and role of each attendee. This is precisely the point I am trying to understand: what are the general criteria, and how are they applied consistently across different cases? I am not asking you to justify why a particular person was accepted, nor am I suggesting that anyone else's registration should be changed. I am simply trying to understand what distinguishes an eligible commercial/sales participant from one who is not, particularly when the criteria appear to allow for exceptions based on role or relationship to the event. For me, this is not about comparing individuals or challenging a specific decision. It is about understanding whether there is a clear, objective and consistently applicable framework that can be applied equally to participants from different companies. I have attended EPF in the previous two years without any issue, so naturally I would like to understand what has changed in the criteria or in my eligibility this year. I would therefore appreciate it if you could clarify the general eligibility criteria, without referring to or discussing any individual registration. Thank you for your time and consideration. Hi Arnold, Karin will present the Netnod update (5 mins) on the Monday morning session. >From our side, I have to say we don't agree with this sudden change of direction on the CEO updates. Your suggestion that either all or none of the IXPs give updates on Monday morning seems to have bypassed the other members of the EPF-PC. If an IXP does not want to give their update, that should not prevent the other IXPs from giving an update from their region. So I respectfully request we dispense with your suggestion, and continue to schedule the IXP updates as planned. If an IXP chooses not present, it won't affect the agenda in any negative way and we will just go to the first break a few minutes early. If we want to discuss the necessity of these talks for future EPFs, I believe that is a longer conversation that needs to take place with all relevant parties more than 1 week before the EPF.
