Are BENOC’s peering at De-cix do you know? It’s not showing on Peering DB so that was another reason I declined him.

Caro and I discussed this topic a couple of days ago. Currently, the
website (and our internal rules) say:

4.2 Capacity Management
  - Total venue capacity: 400 attendees approx
  - Reserved allocations are protected within category limits
  - Allocations from the categories are mutually exclusive
  - Remaining seats are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis
  - Final 10% of capacity reserved for last-minute VIP attendees and
contingencies
---

I.e. the allocations from the categories are mutually exclusive. Which
is fine, IMO, except for the sponsors.

Did you agree how to handle it? And did you discuss the CoC?
