From our side, I have to say we don't agree with this sudden change of direction on the CEO updates. Your suggestion that either all or none of the IXPs give updates on Monday morning seems to have bypassed the other members of the EPF-PC. If an IXP does not want to give their update, that should not prevent the other IXPs from giving an update from their region. So I respectfully request we dispense with your suggestion, and continue to schedule the IXP updates as planned. If an IXP chooses not present, it won't affect the agenda in any negative way and we will just go to the first break a few minutes early. 

If we want to discuss the necessity of these talks for future EPFs, I believe that is a longer conversation that needs to take place with all relevant parties more than 1 week before the EPF.
