They get 50 guest tickets and would let him in if he had an organisation being an Interconnection manager

But I question who he will be representing, he cant just have a blank badge? 

I say he can come, he just needs a company name with an ASN.

Could you approve Youssef Bengelloun-Zahr‘s registration. He has been declined (here is attached his mail).

He had actually registered some time ago whilst working for his previous employer, but he is no longer with that company.

He is a partner of ours and we would like him to attend the event and be included on our guest list.
