Regarding the branding on the sponsor page, we are still waiting to receive your logo in JPG or PNG format.

 

For your onsite presence, you are welcome to use a roll-up banner, and the hotel will provide a standing table for you.

 

We will also send an email to all sponsors a few weeks before the event with some final information and practical details.

Therefore, the rule applies.

Thank you for your message. I would like to clarify that Kamyl works at Orange Poland, which is an ISP, whereas we represent Orange Wholesale International. These are two separate companies with different networks.

I understand your point, but they are indeed different entities, which explains the distinction.

 

Additionally, as an Associate Sponsor, we believed that we would have two additional tickets included in our package in addition to the two badges included into our AMSIX / DECIX membership, bringing our total to four tickets.

Could you please confirm if this is indeed the case?

 

Furthermore, I would appreciate it if you could kindly explain the process or the steps we need to follow to ensure that Rachid can be accepted. Your guidance on this matter would be very helpful.

Lydie Du Basty was declined because her job title does not align with the target audience.

 

The attendance limit applies per organisation, not per ASN. This means that organisations with multiple ASNs connected to one or more host IXPs are still limited to a maximum of four representatives in total. Separate entities belonging to the same parent organisation may be treated as a single entity for capacity limits.
