We’re placing QR codes linking to the EPF agenda on several printed items, including the badges, and these have already been sent to production.

I’m also not sure that splitting the event information across two different interfaces would be the best user experience.

That said, you do have a point: since the Program Committee owns the program, it makes sense for them to be able to add and update the content directly.

For now, I’ve replicated the agenda and added the speakers as well. Maybe we can keep it this way for this year and agree on a different approach afterwards?

link to it. This would also give the PC the flexibility to rearrange
presentations if needed which is in line of orga's wish that PC is
