Thank you for your message and for explaining the reasons behind your request. We certainly appreciate Salumanus’ contribution to this year’s EPF programme and understand that you would like to support Marcin and take part in the discussions with the industry.
For EPF, however, we have adjusted the participation rules and are applying them consistently. While we appreciate your involvement and your previous participation in EPF, we are unfortunately not able to make an exception in this case.
We kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance of the updated rules for EPF 2026.
We very much appreciate Salumanus’ support and contribution to the event and look forward to welcoming Marcin as a speaker.

Dear EPF Hosts,
I understand the participation criteria. However, I would kindly ask you to reconsider my registration.
Salumanus CTO, Marcin Bała, will be a speaker at EPF 2026, and I planned to join him as the company’s business representative. Salumanus has also attended previous EPF editions with a broader representation.
My participation would allow me to support Marcin during the event and take part in meetings with operators, IXPs and other industry partners. Considering our active contribution to this year’s programme, I would appreciate it if an exception could be made.
