Hi Holly thanks for creating the subfolders and providing the break slides. We have already started to fill the subfolders. Speakers must upload their final slides until today 16:00 UTC. After that, we will lock pretalx for uploading and transfer the slides to the Google Drive and test them with the A/V team on Sunday. Greeting, safe travels and see you on Sunday. I'll arrive on Saturday late afternoon. Arnold On 2026-09-10 09:57, Holly Ruff wrote:

Hi Arnold,

Raphaelle Deble <raphaelle.deble@encoreglobal.com> is our sales contact and Vianney Damotte <vianney.damotte@encoreglobal.com> is our AV person at the hotel.

The Paris slide is in the Wednesday folder as a template for Aniella as she will be doing the next venue announcement and has never seen the slide before.

I will leave all other AV tasks with you going forward.

Best wishes, Holly

The AV team will have access to this folder only and get the presentation from there.

The slides in there are the pre event/ break slides and the welcome slides for each morning.

I will add sub folders into this folder to split the days up to make it more manageable.

Thanks for the information. The agreement between Orga and PC is that PC the is responsible for the presentations. Hence, dealing with the AV also is our task.

The PC will deal with the organisation of the subfolders etc. and also communicate with the AV team. Do you have a POC (email, phone)?

TIA and greetings Arnold
