Hi Mark,

The submission deadline is July 27.

If the Program Committee is able to complete the review process quickly, we hope to inform you by the end of next week whether your presentation has been selected for the program.

Best regards,

Carolin

Thanks, Carolin.

Might you have any idea when that could be, for my planning purposes? Flights from Africa to Europe are about 4X the normal price, so booking as early as possible is preferred to avoid over-spending.

Similar issue with hotel reservations in Paris.

You may (or may not) also be aware that I have been scheduled to DJ at the Monday social event at the Noti Club, on the 14th.

Appreciate your indicative feedback. Thanks.

Mark.

Hello Mark,

We would like to let you know that we can only approve your registration once a decision has been made regarding your presentation submission. According to the current participation regulations, acceptance of your presentation is what qualifies you to attend the EPF.

As the Call for Presentations is still open, the review process is ongoing. We kindly ask for a little more patience while the submissions are being evaluated.

Thank you for your understanding. We will inform you as soon as a decision has been made.

Kind regards,

Carolin

Hello EPF team.

Just following up on this as I haven't yet heard back.

I'd like to book my travel today, but need to confirm my registration is successful. Thanks.

Mark.
