Hi Ariel, thanks for reaching out. Please see the answerd to your questions below: * Do you have photos from past events that show what our booth space looks like? No. Your booth space is 3 x3 m! We can send a floorplan as soon as we have finalized it. * Are we able to get additional passes for booth staff? Unfortunately not. * Will we receive the full attendee list post-event? A couple of Questions:
- For our 15 min session, should we follow the call for presentations process <https://2026.peering-forum.eu/epf-2026/cfp>?
- If you've shared any vendor logistics, can you please resend them to us?
- Does the vendor logistics include how to register my team?
- Shipping information
- Has our booth # been assigned or do we still have time to pick?
Thank you,
Paxton

Hi Peering Forum, following up on the sponsor logistics. Rita is no longer the POC at Kentik to support EPF. If you can, please resend anything that might have already been shared.

Hi EPF, can you please update our POC to @Laura Smith <lsmith@kentik.com> as our marketing contact. Rita is out and we are not sure when she will return.
Thank you,
Paxton
