Re: [epf-orga] EPF19 - Information for Sponsors ACTION NEEDED

by Carolin Geib

Hi Melissa, I would recommend having the booth staffed before the conference starts in the morning and during the breaks, as these are likely to be the key times when participants will be around and available to visit the booth. Apart from these times, I would leave it up to you how you would like to manage the booth and whether you feel continuous staffing is necessary. Dear Joachim, The attendance limit applies per organisation, not per ASN. This means that organisations with multiple ASNs connected to one or more host IXPs are still limited to a maximum of four representatives in total. Separate entities belonging to the same parent organisation may be treated as a single entity for capacity limits. Thank you for your understanding. In the past we already had sponsorship at EPF (my former company was Uniberg). If that works for you, please let me know. Btw - I used DECIX, because we have a partner relationship with them so far - but no customer relationship. Unfortunately, your registration for the forum has been declined because your company is not currently listed in PeeringDB as peering at DE-CIX. Additionally, the ASN you provided belongs to Vodafone, and Vodafone has already reached the maximum limit of four attendees. If you disagree with our decision, please send an email to info(a)peering-forum.eu<mailto:info@peering-forum.eu>. We apologise for the inconvenience. Best regards, EPF Hosts <EPF_sponsor-packages_2026.pdf>
