Hi Arnold, As step one of creating the new infra could you please create an account using the link https://lists.ams-ix.forum/invites/ZcFR1deJnp ? After that I can make you the owner of the group and you can invite/remove anyone else from the EPF group. Hence, please * alias epf-pc to pc * set up a new ML pc on Discourse with the old epf-pc members * alias info to orga (IMO there is no need for the info ML anymore) * migrate orga to Discourse Greetings Arnold On 2026-07-30 16:10, Julia Lechien wrote:
Hi all,
FYI, we’re in the process of replacing /Mailman/, the platform we currently use for our mailing lists, with /Discourse/.
We’ve just realised that /Mailman /is also hosting the EPF lists (info, program committee, attendees).
The EPF attendee list is already covered, as we can use Mailchimp for that.
Mailman will be switched off on 1 September, so we need to decide what to do with the info and program committee lists. Two options:
1. We move both lists to /Discourse/ and create closed user groups for them. (AMS-IX continues to manage them) 2. One of you takes them over and manages them on another platform.
Could you let us know which option you’d prefer, so we can get this sorted soon?
Thanks!
Kind regards,
