Any thoughts? It’s somewhat of a grey area. Could we please find a way forward together here? ASAP! Thanks Caro Von: Aaron Hughes <aaron@6connect.com> Gesendet: Mittwoch, 26. Our need to exchange traffic at IXes has increased due to this acquisition and expansion of services. I don’t understand why this acquisition would change our qualification to attend. Can you clarify please? We were not aware of this before. As we understand it, 6connect no longer exists as a separate entity. Therefore, the 6connect AS number cannot be used to register for EPF under Hilco Global. Based on this, we will unfortunately have to decline your registration. Hilco Global is currently not peering at any of the four EPF host IXPs or the guest IXP. Therefore, the only way for Hilco Global to attend EPF is by becoming a sponsor. Please let me know if you are interested in sponsoring EPF. We would be happy to provide you with more information about the available sponsorship options. Best regards on behalf of the hosts Carolin
