Welcome // Introduction to the Forum // IXP Updates // Visit to the venue
Hi orga team, we also need slides for * Welcome (???) * Introduction to the Forum (???) * IXP Updates (AMS-IX, DE-CIX, LINX, Netnod) Can you please let us know who will provide them? We would also need to schedule a visit to the venue so that we can brief the AV team there and vs. Greetings Arnold
Morning Arnold, I will check the google drive for these. Are we still doing a 5 min IXP update from all the CEO’s? Heard there was a potential of this being taken out of the agenda? The site visit is planned for the 28th August. Who told you, Holly? Honestly, I don't need that slot.
The site visit is planned for the 28^th August.
Only Planned? Or confirmed? Arnold
Hi Arnold, There’s a little confusion about the CEO updates. Can you confirm there isn’t any on the agenda for this years EPF. Best wishes, Holly On 14/08/2026, 08:36, "Arnold Nipper" <arnold.nipper@de-cix.net> wrote: Hi all On 2026-08-13 09:31, Holly Ruff wrote:

Hi Holly and Orga Team actually, we never had a CEO update, but always the IXP Update from the host (see e.g. [0]; @Julia: the 2026 website still has 2025 in its headers). When starting with the programme, Caro advised to use the 2025 agenda as a skeleton. That's what the PC did. IOW: the slot is in as you can see from the programme [1] (Again @Julia: please check [2] as the schedule is not yet 100 % settled). Can the orga team please check with their marketing teams on the IXP Update slot? Cheers Arnold [0] https://peering-forum.eu/2025/agenda/ [1] https://peering-forum.eu/2026/agenda/ [2] https://2026.peering-forum.eu/epf-2026/schedule/ On 2026-09-07 16:48, Holly Ruff wrote:

Hi Arnold, IMO, this is a PC decision. The PC are the ones representing the attendees and what they want to hear. When will your schedule be 100% confirmed. Not having a full agenda a week before the event does not look good.
