Dear Kameliya, Thank you for the additional information and clarification. Please note that participation in the EPF is subject to our Attendee Policy. If you are referring to the Digital Realty partnership, this is considered a data center partnership and therefore does not qualify for attendance under the current policy. Your AMS-IX partnership is noted, but unfortunately does not change the eligibility criteria in this case. If you would still like to participate in the EPF, you are welcome to do so via sponsorship. You can find the full Attendee Policy on the EPF website for further details. Best regards, Carolin On behalf of the EPF Hosts Von: Peering-forum-info-list <peering-forum-info-list-bounces(a)peering-forum.eu> Im Auftrag von Kameliya Davidova via Peering-forum-info-list Gesendet: Montag, 31. I would kindly like to request a reconsideration of our application ( for my colleague Kiril Ralinski and I), as we believe some important information may not have been fully taken into account during the review process. Our organization becomes part of the Digital Realty (DLR) this year and are also an official AMS-IX Partner. These details can be included in our application as they reflect our ongoing commitment to expanding our peering presence and strengthening our engagement with the European interconnection community. The European Peering Forum is one of the most important events for networks seeking to establish new peering relationships, develop existing partnerships and engage with the wider peering community. Our objective in attending is fully aligned with the purpose of the event. We are pursuing opportunities for further interconnection and peering development and see EPF as a valuable platform for meetings with current and prospective peers, exchange operators and ecosystem partners. Given our involvement with AMS-IX and our recent acquisition within the Digital Realty, I would greatly appreciate it if our application could be reviewed once again. Should you require any additional information regarding our current deployments, peering activities, AMS-IX partnership status, I would be pleased to provide it. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to participate in EPF this year. My role mainly revolved around peering and interconnection development to improved global network performance for AS37271 through interconnection route optimization and latency reduction. I help negotiate with top-tier ISPs across Europe, Africa and the Middle East — expanded regional peering footprint. Kindly help me resolve that asap so I can start scheduling my meetings. Unfortunately, your registration for the forum has been declined because The EPF is a networking event specifically dedicated to the peering community and is not intended as a commercial or sales-oriented event. As such, participation by commercial or sales representatives from participating networks is discouraged, as the focus of the forum is on technical exchange, operational discussions, and peer-to-peer networking within the community. We appreciate your understanding that, based on your current role and responsibilities in sales, you unfortunately do not meet the participation criteria for this particular event. This is not a reflection of your company or your interest in the community, but rather a matter of maintaining the intended character and purpose of the EPF Forum..
