Dear Bettina, Thank you for the clarification and for the additional context regarding Emmanuels role. We certainly understand the relevance of his Business Development responsibilities and the potential value of engaging with Internet Exchanges in the context of new PoPs and market expansion. However, the EPF has specific participation criteria, and unfortunately Emmanuels current role does not meet the criteria for participation. Therefore, we would not be able to approve his attendance at this stage. We very much appreciate your understanding, and thank you again for reaching out and for providing the additional information. The EPF provides an excellent forum for discussions with Internet Exchanges, for a mutual benefit, so we feel hes the right person to join. I put him in copy for any specific questions you may have. We noticed that Emmanuels current job title is Regional Sales Director, Strategic Alliances. In this context, we would like to refer to our attendee policy for EPF: The EPF is a networking event for the peering community, not a commercial event. As such, any commercial/sales personnel from the participating networks are discouraged from registering. We therefore wanted to flag this and kindly ask you to consider whether Emmanuels role is in line with the attendee policy. Thanks very much for your understanding and cooperation. Hes joined Colt from Lumen (AS 8220), could we register him for free? Otherwise what would be the easiest way to arrange sign-up and in particular payment? See also my previous questions below. We already have four registrations from Colt, which is the maximum number of registrations we allow per network/company: Simon Barlow Ankit Gupta Marjorie Roos Mark Borchardt We are still awaiting payment from Marjorie and Mark. They have already received the necessary payment instructions. As we have reached the maximum number of registrations for Colt, splitting or sharing passes is unfortunately not an option. We kindly ask for your understanding that we need to apply this rule consistently and cannot make an exception in this case. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any questions. I was just trying to figure out how invoicing will be done since two of my Colt colleagues are already registered and I was hoping to get to a page specifying payment terms once Ive entered my contact info. In fact we are looking into purchasing one or two additional tickets for my colleagues in Paris. Can you please advise on these points: * Which organization will issue the invoice? * What are the payment terms / timelines? * Can we pay via wire transfer? * Is it possible to split a pass by having one colleague attending the first two days and another one on the last day?
