Let me give you couple examples: * Colt has recently deployed additional IP infrastructures in Porto, I need to make sure we have a path to grow with our peers locally. * Colt is deploying new IP infrastructures in Athens, and I need to make sure we anticipate adequate peering setup locally. * Colt plans to leverage the former Lumen IP infrastructures in Johannesburg to trigger new business activities, I need to make sure our legacy peering setup can support it and potentially discuss upgrades.
