Hi Nadya, Thank you for reaching out, and it's great to hear that your team members had such positive feedback from EPF this year and last year. We are currently working on the sponsorship packages for 2027, and they have not been finalized yet. However, we would be very happy to keep Zayo in mind and get back to you as soon as the opportunities for next year are confirmed. Our team members attended EPF this year and last year as well, and they shared very positive feedback with me. I would be interested to know more about sponsorship or speaking opportunities for next year. If you don't have the 2027 brochure available yet, could you please share with me the one for 2026 so I can get an idea of our options? Thank you in advance! Dear all, as I didn't find an Excel for $subject, I've re-engineered it. You find it here [0]. I've asked Caro about the maximum number of sponsors in each category. She knows there are, but no exact numbers. If you know, please put them in. TIA and see you at the debriefing Arnold [0] https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Ih6Iw1NkI5vgu6k-RyqvXQAQjNj_KDrbYfZ…

Issue with Wouter presentation tomorrow
by Rob Allen Sept. 15, 2026

Sept. 15, 2026

Hi all, I have just spoken with Wouter Van Renterghem <https://peering-forum.eu/2026/speakers/>, RETN, who is supposed to present tomorrow. Unfortunately, he is sick and has lost his voice. He asked if we could do some kind of AI voiceover for his presentation. I told him this was unlikely but that I would check options with the PC. There is no one else from RETN here who can present Wouter's talk. I asked him if would be ok if we were to cancel his talk and he said that might be the best option. Please advise on the best way forward and what we should tell Wouter. Many thanks, Rob -- Rob Allen Product Strategy and Marketing Manager Netnod Tel: +46 70 576 23 00

EPF 2026 Presentations
by Arnold Nipper Sept. 14, 2026

Sept. 14, 2026

Hi all as we couldn't give Vincent access to the Google Drive (Netnod's Johanna Sebastian and Mattias are the only Managers), I've given a USB stick to Vincent from the hotel's A/V team. We've been through the presentations (sampled, Netnod's Monday included) and they all displayed OK on the screen. We are still waiting for the Update slides from AMS-IX and DE-CIX. Once I have it, I will email them to Vincent. Vincent will be in the plenary from 08:00 tomorrow morning. Regards Arnold

Re: [epf-orga] Kentik Booth and Delivery for EPF
by Carolin Geib Sept. 13, 2026

Sept. 13, 2026

Hi Ariel, Thank you for reaching out . Regarding the booth location: your colleagues won’t be able to miss it. The booth is located in the conference foyer, which is quite easy to navigate and not very large. We have also placed the Kentik logo at the booth, so it should be very easy to identify. As for the marketing materials, thank you for keeping us informed and for sharing the tracking information with the venue. We’ll certainly keep our fingers crossed that the packages arrive safely on Monday and make it to the booth in time. 🤞 Please don’t hesitate to reach out if anything else comes up. I am starting a new thread here because I didn’t receive an update on our other thread. We have not been given any update on the location of our booth. Could you please advise? I have looked through my email and haven’t received anything from organizers about this. Secondly, our booth marketing materials will not be arriving before set up day. It looks like one of our packages that was sent to the venue says that receiver was not available today to take our package so it won’t arrive until Monday. And another one of our packages is also arriving Monday now. I shared the tracking numbers with the venue, but I want to make sure you’re aware of this. Will there be someone on site to help our team make sure they receive these packages?
